Job Description
At Chloe + Isabel, we’re going to rip up the direct sales model and rebuild it from scratch. Backed with our own jewelry brand and more than $10 million in venture funding, our tech team “The Dirty Birds” is building a platform that supports both e-commerce and social sales.

We’re a passionate, growing team, and we’re always looking to add the right person.

What you’ll do

As our business grows, there are lots of opportunities for engineers to shine. Near-term technical challenges include:

Architecting and building our next generation of web services
Building elegant, intuitive user experiences into our social sales engine
Designing modular systems to support the business logic of a full-featured e-commerce platform
Scaling up our existing systems to handle our growing traffic and customer base
As a member of the Chloe + Isabel team, you can help contribute to our metrics-oriented product vision as well.

We use modern open-source tools to get the job done: Currently our stack includes Ruby, Rails, MySQL, MongoDB, elasticsearch, Redis, and Spine.

What we’re looking for

The Chloe + Isabel tech team is devoted to the continuing pursuit of technical excellence. We push ourselves to learn cutting-edge technologies without sacrificing quality or scalability. And we do this in a collaborative environment that is both results-oriented and fun.

Does that sound like you? If so, drop us a line.
